Commercial / Luxury Vinyl Tile
We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our recent project at Runshaw College, where we renovated two dining areas and 30 classrooms. The summer holidays provided an ideal window for us to carry out these significant renovations, ensuring minimal disruption to the college's activities.
During this summer, we transformed two dining areas at Runshaw College by installing Polyflor Expona Commercial flooring in the Silvered Driftwood color scheme. This choice not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal of the dining areas but also provided a durable and practical solution suitable for high-traffic environments. Polyflor Expona is a collection of luxury vinyl tiles designed to replicate the natural beauty of timber. Its realistic surface textures and high-quality finish make it an excellent choice for commercial spaces, offering both style and resilience. Additionally, with an average recycled content of 40%, it aligns with our commitment to sustainability.
Furthermore, we fitted 30 classrooms with Burmatex Osaka Sumi Carpet tiles. These tiles were selected for their durability, comfort, and modern design, creating an inviting and conducive learning environment for students. The Burmatex Osaka Sumi Carpet tiles are known for their superior performance in educational settings, where they must withstand constant use while maintaining their appearance and integrity.
As mentioned earlier, Polyflor Expona was a key component of this project. This luxury vinyl tile collection is renowned for its ability to emulate the look and feel of natural timber, making it an excellent choice for both commercial and domestic properties. The Expona Commercial Wood flooring offers a variety of realistic surface textures and can be custom-cut to meet specific design requirements, making it highly flexible and adaptable to various spaces.
We completed these installations in time for the students' return in September, ensuring that the new and improved spaces were ready for use at the start of the academic year. This project underscores our commitment to quality and our ability to deliver exceptional results within tight timelines.
