We have recently completed this stunning floor at a new build in Preston.
The customer came to us wanting the entirety of their downstairs fitted with Luxury Vinyl Tile. Apart from their living room which was to be carpet. In the end they decided to go with Polyflor Camaro in a Herringbone design. To contrast with the oak doors, we decided to go with Westchester Oak as the colour. We were particuarly proud of the bull nose stair tread, you can see it in all its beauty in the pcitures. Overall we and the customer were very happy with how the finished floor turned out.
Transforming a New Build into a Stylish Home
Our recent project in Preston showcases the transformative power of expertly installed flooring in creating a cohesive and stylish living space. The client envisioned a seamless, elegant design for the entirety of their downstairs area, opting for luxury vinyl tile (LVT) throughout, except for a carpeted living room. After exploring options, Polyflor Camaro in a herringbone design was chosen to bring both character and sophistication to the home.
The Westchester Oak colour was selected to beautifully contrast with the oak doors, creating a harmonious yet striking visual effect. The warm tones of the flooring enhanced the overall aesthetic, tying the rooms together with a timeless charm that perfectly complemented the new build's modern design.
A standout feature of this project was the bullnose stair tread, which required precision and craftsmanship to achieve the flawless finish you can admire in the pictures. This detail not only added to the visual appeal but also exemplified the meticulous attention to detail that went into the installation.
